Do you take wheelchairs?
Yes — our van is fully equipped with a ramp and securement for all wheelchair types.
Can someone come with me?
Absolutely. A family member or caregiver is always welcome to ride along.
How far in advance do I book?
We recommend 24–48 hours ahead. For recurring trips, book once and we handle the rest.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations more than 24 hours ahead are fully refunded. We understand plans change.
Are your drivers certified?
Yes — all drivers hold First Aid and CPR certification and have passed a full police background check.
